About products

In the production of tapestry are used 50% cotton (CO) and 50% acrylic (PAN) yarns.
Acrylic as one of the first synthetic fibers is known for its resistance to dirt, mold, moths and fading, it absorbs only a small amount of water. It is similar to wool and has a lower tendency of getting lumpy. The fiber is soft and flexible. In combination with cotton, which is durable and strong, it makes an excellent combination for knitting. For larger tapestries, I recommend cleaning only the affected area with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, and letting it dry slowly.
To mount hanging wall tapestries are suitable following options:
– pliers, ramp, hollow holes for inserting the suspension rod, rail systems.

Tapestry and its maintenance
Knitted tapestry decorated with glued rhinestones and hotfix rhinestones requires extra care in handling by cleaning – washing. I recommend washing by hand at water temperature up to 30 degrees, without spinning in the washing machine and without using the dryer. Iron gently with steam. For single-sided hanging tapestries and blankets, the edges are worked in with fabric glue not sewing, to avoid breaking the weave and twisting the individual sides of the knitted fabric.
